Two Individuals Arrested for Breaking and Entering
On Sunday, October 6,2024, Deputies were dispatched to Camp Road in the Bismarck area in reference to a trespass in progress.
Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the owners of the unoccupied residence that is undergoing renovation. Victim 1 provided security footage from the camera in the carport. Deputies observed a white male wearing a backwards ballcap, a long sleeve shirt, long pants, tattoos on his arms and a tattoo on his right hand. The male walked into the carport area and went out of camera view. Deputies further observed a female subject wearing blue jeans and dark colored jacket. The female also walked into the carport area and went out of camera view. Deputies obtained the video footage from V1.
Deputies then left the residence and attempted to locate the subjects. At this time Dispatch advised that the victim had located the male subject East of the residence. Deputies responded to this location.
Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with V1. He stated the male subject took off running south into the wooded area. Sgt. Hughes, Deputy Whitehead, Trooper McAnear, Trooper Weston, Warden Helm, and Sgt. McClenahan were on scene and assisted with locating the subjects. OEM 55A also assisted with the drone. After checking the immediate area and not locating the suspects, the ADC K9 team was notified and responded to the location.
At approximately 1234 hours, Units were dispatched to the area of Camp Road and Navaho Trail in Bismarck in reference to the RP (reporting party) seeing a white male and a white female walking west on Camp Road. The RP stated the male subject had tattoos, and the female had blonde hair with a jacket tied around her waist. The RP also believed the subjects just started a fire in the woods
Upon arrival, Deputies observed a small woods fire on the south side of the roadway. Deputies attempted to locate the subjects in the area, with negative results. Deputies contacted the RP and met them at the scene. After speaking with the RP, it was determined the subjects were the same two from the previous incident.
At 1347 hours, units were dispatched to another address on Camp Road in Bismarck in reference to a male and a female subject on the property.
Upon arrival, Deputies observed Victim 2 standing on her front porch pointing at the shop to the east of her residence. The shop had a two-bay garage. Deputies observed the door to be opened. Warden Helm and Sgt. Hughes drew their service weapons and cleared the building. The building was secured, and nobody was located inside. V2 stated the door to the shop was dummy locked with a chain and pad lock. The lock and chain that were removed were located inside the shop. Photos were obtained. V2 also stated the subjects tried gaining entry into her vehicle.
The ADC K9 team was still in the area and the K9's tracked into a wooded area to the west of the residence. A short time later the male and female subject were taken into custody by Deputy Whitehead with HSCSO and Trooper Weston with the Arkansas State Police. The Subjects were identified as Kevin Williams and Holly Golden.
Further investigation showed evidence that Golden and Williams had also forced entry into a shed on the property of Victim 1.
Golden and Williams were transported to HSC Jail without incident. They were each charged with four (4) counts of Breaking and Entering, one (1) count of Arson, one (1) count of Criminal Trespass, and one (1) count of Fleeing.
